The Exhibition venue is the Ball Room, first floor, Hobart Town Hall. The Town Hall is one of Hobart’s most attractive 19thC public buildings, designed in the neo-renaissance stlye by Henry Hunter and completed in 1866. The exhibition is in the beautifully restored  upstairs Ball Room.

Location: 50 Macquarie St, between Argyle and Elizabeth St, about 5 mins walk from the Exhibition Hotel & opposite the Hobart GPO.

Hadleys Hotel, 34 Murray St, Hobart is the exhibition hotel and location for a number of exhibition events. Hadleys is now booked out, but other options are available around the Hobart CBD using a booking service such as bookings.com.

Hadleys was founded in 1862 and has strong associations with many important historical events in Hobart. The accommodation of choice for Antarctic Explorers,  second prize in a Tattersalls lottery and the leading hotel for many years in the City.

Restored in 2014, it retains its 19th C charm and is conveniently in the CBD and a 5-minute walk to the exhibition.
